Harry was just a super nice guy. He had your best interest at heart all the time. He was super positive. He was fun to be around.

He just made you feel good and those are the kind of friends that I wanted in my life. And he was just very, he was just wonderful.

I believe there's a handful of people out there that know exactly what happened. Some of them might be deceased by now, but I still think there's people that are living, that witnessed what went on that night.

Not saying they necessarily partook in what happened, you know, I don't know. I mean, maybe they could have, but I still believe that there's people that was there and saw what happened.

Somehow, maintain some secrecy over the years. If you've got a family member that's missing, don't sit back and think that the answers are just going to come to you. You got to go find them.

All the different possibilities and things that people are talking about, what do you believe and what's truth and what's not truth.

On Saturday, June 30th, 1984, 21-year-old Harry Milligan finished his job painting a house and later met with some friends at a bar called Waterworks in Albia, Iowa. Just over a 10-minute drive from his home in nearby Avery.

We don't know for certain what transpired inside the bar that night. There have been stories that Harry won a large sum of money in a card game, but those stories can't be substantiated.

According to Harry's friends, they left the bar that night around closing time. They said they grabbed a six-pack to go and rode around joy-riding for a bit. Then, they returned to the area of the bar and went their separate ways.

His friends reported seeing Harry drive off in the direction of his home. The following morning, Harry's mom was worried when he hadn't returned.

She began calling around, but no one had seen or heard from Harry. After searching the roads between Albia and Avery, his mom called the police to report Harry missing.

There have been many rumors about what happened to Harry, but more than 36 years later, their search for Harry continues.

Harry Milligan was born on October 4, 1962. Harry was adopted by Leonard Milligan. Leonard later met and married his wife, Vicki.

Leonard and Vicki Milligan raised Harry in a loving environment where he thrived. We spoke to Harry's brother, Mark, and he explained how the two formed a special bond. After he went to live with his grandparents, Leonard and Vicki, who ended up adopting Mark as well.

The first person to know about Harry was a friend of the same age. Harry was adopted by Leonard Milligan.

He was a big brother. We had a different makeup because of the fact that we worked biological brothers. I was raised and adopted by my grandparents.

We worked biological brothers. We just grew up together two years apart. Ever since the age of probably, I'm going to say three and five somewhere in that time frame is when I came into the picture with them because of my parents' situation.

The way the makeup of the family was with me being raised by my grandparents, of course they had my grandmother had other kids, which would have made another brother and three other sisters that were all well older than us.
