In a shocking video, delegate Kathy Tran, a Democrat from Northern Virginia, was asked exactly how late in the third trimester an abortion could be performed under her proposed bill.

The chairman asked if a woman would be able to have an abortion if she was displaying physical signs that she is about to give birth, such as dilation.

This was trans response.

Mr. Chairman, that would be a, you know, a decision that the doctor, the physician, and the woman would make at that point.

I understand that. I'm asking if your bill allows that. My bill would allow that, yes. So, I mean, and the woman would make up that point. I'm asking if your bill allows that.
