I think that's such an admirable thing. I'm so sorry, I have this alarm on my watch that goes off. How often? It goes off hourly. Every 24 hours, a full alarm goes off. And I have three of these watches, and they're all around the house. And I don't know how to stop it. I need it for stand up, and people have tried to teach me how to stop it, and it doesn't work. So hopefully this will be under an hour. we have to get it. I need it to stand up and people have tried to teach me how to stop it and it doesn't work.

Today's guest is a writer. She's a podcaster. She's a stand-up comedian who has appeared on The Last One Laughing and had me in tears. She's also the mum of one little girl. It's Harriet Kemsley. Hi. Hi. Thank you for having me. I mean, it must be weird. Because I, you know, we've all seen you around for a long long time. But suddenly there's this program that it feels like a lot of people needed do you know what I mean and suddenly everyone

is talking about the last one laughing yeah it's it's been nuts because you just do things and

you don't really think about it and then suddenly everyone was like oh I saw you do that ping pong

show and you're like oh my god I saw you do that ping pong show and you're like, oh my God.

I didn't think that's through in any way.

But no, it's been so fun.

And yeah, that's what everyone has said.

It's that they kind of watched it and they could escape for a bit, which is so nice.

I think it's, but it was magical.

Magical to have a bunch of comedians who are so on top of their game,

just being together and having fun.

I think that's it.

They really let us be silly. I think so often with TV, sometimes they can panic and they can try and really, like, control

it.

And it was a chance that we could all kind of really be ourselves while also trying to stifle a huge part of our personality, which is laughter.

It was genuinely at points harrowing, but I'm glad everyone enjoyed it.

Were you able to watch it back and laugh at the bits that you couldn't laugh at previously?

Yeah, I hate watching myself, but I did, I mean, clips come up everywhere. So you can't really escape it. But yeah, I do. I mean, I love watching everyone else on it. It's really fun. And then seeing everyone's reactions and then seeing what everyone is saying about you behind scenes as well. It's a real, there's so many levels to it. It's crazy. I love it. I love it. So,
