Don't worry, we've got a great episode for you today.

You know, on this podcast, I've talked a lot about the fact that I don't sleep all that

well or all that much, but I'm really just gonna, you know, not put too much blame on anything

specific except my children.

Yes, I'm actually just gonna play my children because they're the ones that have kept me up

a lot.

But the one thing that I really miss about getting a really good, long night of sleep

is the ability to just enjoy a good dream.

You know, like a yummy, fun dream whether you're flying or you're just, you're driving

somewhere, you're in a far off land or, you know, you've got, you're seeing people

even seen in a while in your dream.

I really love a good dream.

It's been a minute since I've had one.

I'm not really good at decoding my dreams or writing down what my dreams have been, but

I've actually had a therapist tell me recently that I should start doing that to which I

politely told them, well, when I start sleeping again, maybe I'll start paying attention

to my dreams one of these days.

Well, luckily today we have a fantastic guest who is going to help all of us realize the

significance of our dreams and how we can harness them to fully live up to our potential in

our awake lives.
