What is the current status of that? And why do you think that's happening?

Well, when we came in with the new government, of course, their new

priorities and the president has been very prolific in announcing executive orders that

really touch on a lot of the campaign promises that he made, but also touch on some of the reasons

why the American people voted in a new government. There was a, I think, need for some changes of policy

and a number of issues, and a lot of those happen to fall into my lap as the Assistant Attorney

General for Civil Rights, because a lot of these issues are fundamental constitutional issues
