guest today fascinates me. This is the perfect definition of the title I'm interested for this podcast.

So for those of you who are new,

I have been interviewing sports figures

for the majority of these interviews.

But I picked three areas of life that I'm personally interested in outside of sports.

One of them is business, one of them is journalism, and one of them is writing.

I have written five books. I have dozens of

books in print and my guest today has 70 million books in print. Everything he

writes opens at number one on the New York Times

bestseller list and is one of the most successful authors in the United States

and as someone of whom I'm an enormous fan so it's my pleasure to welcome Harlan

Kobin to I'm interested. Harlan thank you very much for doing this.

Great to be your green, thanks for having me now. My very first observation when you

walked in the door is that you are much bigger than I thought you'd be.

I'm sure the millions of people who read your books and see the author photo would be surprised

to see that you look a lot more like Myron Bolatar than you look like like me which is candidly what I was expecting you to look like

It's hard to capture also my raw amyl magnetism in photography

True, so it's just yeah, I'm bigger than you would expect I had that thought as well and and you were you were I read fiction by the way you were an athlete I mean you you actually were an all American I was well I was an all American collegiate basketball but I leave off of that sentence was I wasn't picked all American by Sports Illustrated Parade.

No, I was picked all American by the Jewish Post and opinion of Indianapolis.

Jewish All-American.
