we are toucher and hardy and uh is an exciting time to be alive as the University of Michigan and the Big Ten.

The Big Ten is one its first national championship in basketball since year 2000.

Tom Izzo's Michigan State Spartans did just that,

featuring the NBA Flameout Mateen Cleves,

who then lost his media career after that due to some personal indiscretions.

But nonetheless, here we are, and, you know, people don't like Dan Hurley because he is a loud mouth.

And he is, but he is also a brilliant coach.

Michigan had scored 90 plus points, I believe, in every game they played in this tournament.

They've blown out everyone, including Arizona.

That was the majority, I believe was the favorite in the whole tournament, and a lot of experts picked.

The majority of experts picked, maybe not by a lot, but did pick them to win the tournament.

And Hurley kept them under 70 points with a undermatch squad and was able to make that thing

a rock fight, which is very impressive.

If anything, I came out of this game with a huge amount of respect for Dan Hurley and just the importance of coaching in college basketball.

That much is true because I said this before, but after the game that Arizona got killed in in the final four, the coach of Arizona said,

the thing about Michigan is that because of their size, it's very difficult to know how to play them unless you played them before.

And that's why they had tighter contests in the Big Ten, he believed, is because Big Ten teams played them two, three times.

And so you get to know the team a little bit better.

But Dan Hurley, having not played them, was able to get a game plan defensively to really slow them down

and to really negate their height.
