to some other news real quick and then we'll circle back on the Memphis and jazz stuff. The Los Angeles

Clippers, and this is a big one as well. This happened late last night. James Hardin's been out

for personal reasons and now we're starting to get a sense that there's more behind that.

And it's the fact that Hardin, the clippers, and the calves are, according to Chris Haynes, they're like almost at the altar with this thing.

And they are talking about a trade for James Harden, a trade for Darius Garland.

And we don't know if there would be anything else attached to this. But Hardin essentially, the current story that I think is kind of consensus right now is that he wants the guaranteed money in next year's deal where like 11 million out of like 48 or something numbers might

wiggle a little bit there that's the only amount that's guaranteed so Hardin has a long history

of if you're not going to guarantee the money he's going to just force a trade out so uh all the

weirdness is happening in Los Angeles right now and then from Cleveland's side they're the

only team of the NBA about the second apron which which is very punitive. Once you go up there, you basically signal to everybody involved that it's win now, no matter what. And you have an extension for Donovan Mitchell in the next couple of years that you have to decide on. And if he doesn't think he can win there, he'll be out. So I think they're looking at this existentially and saying, okay, we've got to do something here. They already got Keon Ellis and Dennis Schrooter. Those were two

smart moves as they fleece the Kings, which is fine. I mean, we don't need to get into that. But the

the next shoe to drop would be James Hardin to the Cavs. So Doc, what are we doing with all of this?

Like, how do you feel?

It feels like it's a more of a certain.
