I know everyone's anti-carbs, but after expending that much energy, a little bit of carbs is okay.

It might not be the best source of carbs in the world, but if it helps improve your mental, then go for it.

I remember that Clay Thompson, after a game in Philly, he had like, you know,

seven, eight threes or something like that.

And he was drinking, I believe it was Coors Light after the game.

Okay.

Just had like two of those, you know.

Like, he's basically like an old baseball player, you know.
