Hi, welcome to Let It Out. I'm Katie, and this is the fourth episode of a new series I started on the podcast this year that I'm calling

Happy Thank You More Please named after my friend Josh made this film almost a decade ago

with that name and the concept comes from that.

Instead of doing what we usually do on Let It Out for most of Let It Out, about 310 episodes or something like that, which is long-form

conversations between me and someone I admire. Sometimes I know them. Sometimes I don't, but I'm always

curious about them. We talk mostly in that format about their past, their life, their future, what they're doing next, and a little

bit about what's going on with them. But this series is focused on what's present for them,

which I think is really cool. And each guest comes with three cues, something they're happy

about, something they're grateful for, something they're wanting more of and craving. It's really just a way to switch up the format

and use these topics that they bring as a jumping off point for conversation. And what's great

about it is that I can bring back guests that have done the podcast before in new ways.

It's completely up to the guest, how they want to interpret it.

Sometimes they're recommending art or food.

Sometimes it's concepts and it's different every time.

I just send them what I just told you and they tell me what they want to talk about.

And we talk about it live

on the show which I got to do this week with my close friend Christine Nguyen who is one of those

repeat guests so you can go back and listen to our very first conversation and learn more about

her in that episode of the podcast.

I gush about how grateful and happy and more of her that I want throughout this episode,

which I want to get to our conversation as quickly as possible.
