Hey guys, welcome back to Sex, Lies and Spray Tans, the New Year Resolution Show.

I'm not kidding, but I'm not kidding.

But I just wanted to basically share some of my highlights with you from the last 12 months.

Because for me, you know, I understand that people make resolutions.

They do vision boards. And I

used to do everything as well, right? Like I had the vision board. I took a picture of my vision

board. Then I put it on my phone. So, because Steve Harvey said, you need to look at your vision

board every two seconds. But then you hear other people say you got to just do the vision board. Then you

got to let it go and surrender. And you got to just, you know to just do the vision board then you got to let it go and surrender

and you got to just you know forget about it and then that's how you manifest there's so many so much

information out there but what i do want to share with you guys today is something i actually heard

this morning from mel robbins I love her very much.

I follow her work and she's very inspiring to me at least.

She's got a very successful podcast.

And her last episode,

she basically went through five to six different questions that I would love to share with all of you.

But I don't want to take the credit for it
