Adiroll. This is, I don't know the brand, but it's pumpkin spice something. It's pumpkin spice

something and it is yummy and delicious. So cheers, cheers from a, to like spice.

Something. Yeah, John, how are you? I like, I like the idea that you filled up a glass half with

pumpkin spice and then just a little bit of water or a croix. Pum spice something.

Very glad to have you here. Let me give you an update. I am drinking some too strong coffee.

Jason, I have been sick for several weeks ever since I got back to a trip from a vacation in Missouri.

And I need to tell you something that you might not like to hear. Okay.

Okay. Since I went to Missouri like three weeks ago, four weeks ago, I have not had a single monster.

Well, go ahead. Well, I will, I'm going to, I'm going to spread hopefully the only possible

misinformation of the show is that I have had for a long time and this can sound really bad.

I've been very conscious of like pressure in my chest and to some extent I wonder how much

I'm just imagining it. But I decided with some of the stuff I've read about monsters.

Is it necessary? And so I've stopped and I do have to say, I don't feel the pressure anymore.

Well, I'm, first of all, I'm proud of you for turning over a new leaf. I think it's very cool

that in your spry old age of 25 that you are taking your hand. Well, I am 26.
