and I'm so glad that you're listening today. The Happy Hour is just an hour that is with

girlfriends. It's just what it sounds like. I love a good happy hour because I love chatting

with girlfriends. I love hearing about what's going on in their lives, what their struggles

are, what their accomplishments are, and that's what this is. Every week I bring on a new

guest and we just get to chat and it is so interesting and so fun. Today my guest is Rachel

McCoy. She is a friend of mine that lives here in Austin most of the time but she also lives

other places because her husband plays for the NFL. And we had a great time chatting

today. I love Rachel because she is just so down to earth and friendly. She's basically

the nicest person I've ever met. She loves to cook, she loves fitness, she loves hanging

out with her girlfriends and you're going to feel like that during this talk. We talk

a lot about what it's like to be a wife to an NFL player. We talk a lot about moving

away from Texas. We talk about Washington DC, their new home. We talk about TV shows. We

talk about our obsession with Olivia Pope. It's just a lot of fun. So I hope that you will
