So let's start with the turkey. What do you pair with the turkey? Because I'm guessing

you have about 300 different bottles of scotch, whiskey, and bourbon. So how do you go with the bird? Well, think about the

saltiness that you have. And the whole theme here, Kennedy, of pairing things with any meal is the

same as what you would do, you know, with sweet and savory at a regular meal. So obviously you want

something that will match that saltiness or contrast itself with that saltiness.
