Today is my friend Jessica Hanager and Jessica was actually on a show previously she was

on the fifth episode and now she is on the 55th episode.

Jessica is the founder and co-CEO of Noonday Collection, a business that uses fashion to

create meaningful opportunities around the world.

Noonday Collection creates economic opportunity for artisans in the developing world by connecting

them to a growing marketplace in the US.

Jessica spends her days inspiring others to live lives of purpose.

She travels across the US and around the world training ambassadors to be stylists and

storytellers and visiting artisans to encourage them in their work.

When she's off duty Jessica loves spending time with her husband Joe and their three kids

homily holding in jack.

On today's episode Jessica and I talk a lot about adoption and the different issues, both

big and small that come along with it.

We also talk about Jessica's life as a CEO and how she balances her faith and her work.
