Hey friends and welcome to the happy hour. My name is Jamie IV and I'm your host

and today's guest is my friend Emily Lex of Jones Design Company. Emily and I

met earlier in the spring and literally we sat down at the dinner table and

had an hour of conversation and I left that conversation and I felt like I

want to know this girl more like she was just so wonderful in that hour that I

knew of her and so we connected online and she is on the show today and I'm telling

you it is so much fun. I know I say this a lot but it might be one of my favorite

interviews ever. Emily and I chatted for two hours. Now don't worry I did not

bring you two hours of content today I broke it up into two parts so part one

today and part two will be next week. Our conversation today was like you

meet a girlfriend for coffee and you look up and you think where do the time go
