Hey guys, today my guest on the show is my friend Rachel Joy.

Rachel is a wife.

She's a mom at a four.

Her and her husband live in the Dallas Fort Worth area and Rachel and I met a

couple of years ago when she invited me up to be a part of the conference that she

started called the Sparrow Conference.

I've said it before and I'll say it again.

It's one of my favorite conferences that I go to.

It is a conference that is focused on racial harmony.

I love it so much.

I love their mission.

I love what they're doing and Rachel and I talk a lot about how that got burst in

her.

We talk about where that came from, how that started.

How it's been messy to sit with people who are different and to learn.

One thing we talk about is how the gospel tears down every division between us.

We also talk about how it takes work to see how we as people may be enabling

the prejudice and this and divisions that we see around us.
