I was, I, as listeners to know, I was having a problem with heart racing.

And so I just had to stop doing it.

Anyway, we are getting towards the end of 2025.

And Samantha and I are trying desperately to have some lighter topics during this time.

And I have to say it's difficult.

But this is a fun one.

Although, it required more research than I was anticipating,

and we're going to have to come back and do a whole episode on it.

Because I was like, oh, fun, easy one.

And then it was like, actually, all these research papers have been written about this.
