Today my guest is Annie Downs and Annie and I met this past spring at the IF gathering who we both helped out backstage.

And I just knew from the minute I met her that I would love her. And so you're going to love her in this podcast.

Her personality shines through both of us just love to talk and we just talk over each other and we just get so excited.

I got down recording this podcast and really felt like that was just so much fun. So I hope you feel that with us.

We're talking a lot about her new book Let's All Be Brave that just came out that I highly recommend.

Oh, that's fine. You're welcome to call you like your full name, Annie Downs. Well, you know what's interesting is that in my family, my first and middle name or a double name like Mary Catherine.

And my name is Annie Foss. Okay. It's F-O-R-S-S, but the R is silent. And so more what people around hometown and what my grandparents call me is Annie Foss.
