This is absolutely one of my favorite shows to do every single year because one thing I

love doing is cheering on other women.

I want to be a cheerleader to everybody and so a lot of these companies I love getting

to just cheer them on.

Today my friend Rachel Hollis joins me and this is about the third or four times she's

been on.
