This is some soup that I remember as a child only eating during funerals when someone would die. And I always loved it. It's called kapat, blah, all right? So what it is is you kind of have a gravy-ish soup texture consistency. It's a little thicker. You have fish maw in there, which is kind of like basically fish stomach, all right? Bamboos shoots, mushrooms, and quail eggs.
