Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Do you ever find yourself thinking, oh, I'm crazy busy.

I don't have time for anything. If I have to add one more thing to my schedule, I wish I could spend time with my

kids, but and on and on and on. Okay, well then you feel like a victim of time. Yes, you feel like you're a victim of a lack of time.

And I'm here to let you know that you can shift that whole way of thinking to something so much happier.

Next time you catch yourself using these phrases, I want to challenge you to turn it into a positive.

I have plenty of time for the things that are important to me. I have plenty of time to play

for fun, for relaxation, for rest. I love how much time I have. I am so happy with the amount of

time that I have. Say these statements, believe them,

and notice the amazing shift that begins to happen. Not only will you feel like you have more time,
