Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. So this past weekend, I was ill with kind of a fever and a

fairly bad flu, and I had a hard time coming out of it. I just felt achy and kind of old. But when I

felt better today, in fact, I realized, man, I feel amazing. Life is amazing. And I just want to throw out a

perspective that when we have those low points, they kind of stink, of course. But then,

when we get back to the norm, it seems so much higher. Having the contrast of low and high

makes us so much more appreciative. So next time you have

a struggle, just feel it, observe it. And then remember, when things get back to norm or even

higher, you're going to feel amazing. So make it a great week. Enjoy those lows and those highs.
