Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. I'm launching Time Mastery for Women this week,

0:06.0

and enrollment closes Friday at 3 p.m. Central, Friday the 23rd. I've been talking with lots of

0:11.4

women about the program, and once again, I am blown away that the number one problem women mention

0:17.2

about their lives is feeling like they don't have enough time. They don't have

0:20.9

enough time to spend time with their kids. No time for creativity or to recharge or to exercise.

0:27.8

Women are buried under a mountain of to-dos and tasks and feeling so empty and overwhelmed.

0:37.1

And I find that a big shame because the question I asked in the

0:40.5

workshop, and I'll ask you, if today were the last day of your life, what would you want your

0:45.3

kids, your spouse, or your loved ones to remember you for? What would you want to be remembered for?

0:51.7

What is your legacy? I remember when I was hitting my rock

0:55.0

1:03.1

I realized I don't want to feel that way anymore because my kids were going to remember me as grumpy

1:08.6

and exhausted. And that's not the legacy I wanted to leave.

1:12.9

And I realized the greatest gift I could give my kids is my own happiness and that I want to teach

1:18.3

them how to love their lives, not to be buried under a mountain of to-dos. So that's my challenge

1:24.6

for you today. Think about what do you want your legacy to be at the end of your

1:29.4

life? Do you want to be remembered as grumpy and exhausted? Or do you want to be remembered as

1:35.3

vibrant and happy, accomplished and thrilled to be alive, someone who is a go-getter and

1:42.2

bubbly and fun to be around? what is your legacy going to be?

1:46.3

And how are you going to make that happen? I'd love to help you out with that, of course.

1:50.5

I want to encourage you to sign up for Time Mastery for Women. Just go to Time Mastery for Women.com.

1:56.0

And that's where we talk about priorities and your legacy and how to set up a simple and easy system to manage your
