| 0:00.0 | Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Have you ever had a problem that you've just been itching to |
| 0:06.6 | solve, but you can't quite find the solution? You're looking for something creative and you know it's |
| 0:12.6 | somewhere in your brain, but it's just not coming out. Well, enter the think list. This is a tool I |
| 0:19.1 | just created last week, and it's not much more than a piece of paper |
| 0:21.9 | hanging on the wall with the words think list across the top. Why did I do this? Well, in my business, |
| 0:28.6 | I'm often creating a new piece of content, perhaps for the podcast or for the Vibor Happy Women |
| 0:33.3 | Academy, and I want to teach a new idea in an effective way and I'll be thinking and thinking and |
| 0:39.2 | thinking about how to present it and I'll notice myself over time getting more and more stuck. |
| 0:45.7 | Well, that's when I go out and take a walk or work in the garden or cook or just have a full-on |
| 0:51.5 | break and more often than not, the solutions will present themselves |
| 0:55.4 | when I do something different. How could a think list help you? Well, perhaps you sometimes think |
| 1:01.6 | about how can I make my morning routine better? Why am I not getting up? Why can't I get up early |
| 1:06.3 | and knock this out before the kids are awake? Why are we eating so much fast food? Why can't I get along with my |
| 1:12.6 | teenager? Why can't we find time for more family fun? Well, these problems come up in our lives |
| 1:18.9 | and sometimes we'll think about it briefly and forget about it and then we don't really make any |
| 1:23.9 | progress or sometimes we'll sit down with a piece of paper and try and try and try |
| 1:28.2 | and still don't make any progress. Well, I want you to write these problems on your think list. |
| 1:34.0 | Maybe even have a little think list note on your phone. And every time you're driving or walking |
| 1:39.0 | or cooking, just think of one of those things, pull up your think list, pick a topic and just |
| 1:43.7 | start asking questions in your mind. Maybe before you pull up your think list, pick a topic and just start asking questions |
| 1:44.7 | in your mind. Maybe before you go to bed at night, commit a problem from the think list to your dreams. |
| 1:51.0 | Hey dreams, I would love a solution for this. Help me out. And sometimes you'll wake up and just have this |
