Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. So how are you feeling today? Like really,

inside, how are you feeling? There are times when we feel really discouraged and down,

something does go right, and we can really spiral down quickly. Oh, I'm just terrible at this. I suck. I'm a loser. I'm horrible. Nobody likes me.

Do you ever find yourself having phrases like this going through your mind? I think we all have at times,

but some of us can spiral really, really low. and some of us have learned to recognize those thoughts

and stop them.

I want to give you a challenge this week to, if you see a time when you're spiraling, those

negative phrases start to come out, I want you to stop and pull out a piece of paper and write

down 10 things you love about your life.

And even more specifically, 10 things you love about your life. And even more specifically, 10 things

you love about yourself. So often we're taught to have a false humility and never really talk

well of ourselves, but I want to challenge you to stop having false humility and celebrate

the good things about you. Have phrases that you have trained yourself

to use when needed. I'm amazing in the kitchen. I'm a wonderful hugger and on and on. Phrases you know are

true that you can draw from when these spirals of negativity begin to happen. All right, I would love
