Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. So we are talking about abundance and scarcity all

month in the Vibrate Happy Living membership. And I want to talk a little bit about that with you.

What comes to mind when I say the word abundance? You might think about resources or money,

but actually abundance is so much more.

We can have an abundance mindset in regards to time, talents, resources, creativity, love, and on and on.

When we have an abundance mindset, we focus on what we have. It's essentially an

attitude of gratitude, celebrating all that is good in our lives and focusing on that. Whenever an

obstacle comes up, we see that as an opportunity for growth. We don't compare ourselves to others, but we're focusing on

our own personal growth. We're only comparing ourselves to ourselves. Now, in contrast, scarcity is

focusing on what is lacking. When we lack love or we lack resources or we lack time, we're operating

from a place of fear. We feel like we're not good enough. We don't know enough. We don't have

enough. That just generates such a constricting, contracted feeling that really don't want to have

that. So make a goal right now to start shifting

your mindset to a place of abundance, noticing what you have, organizing what you have,

your time, your resources, your talents, your stuff, and seeing all the good that's happening
