Hi there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Take a moment and think about what do you believe about

yourself? I recently realized I have always believed I'm impatient. And the day came recently

when I said, hey, that belief doesn't serve me anymore. I'm going to get rid of it.

I replaced it with another phrase that I kind of like, a little popular phrase. I am a non-reactive

person. Now, inside of me, something cries out, my ego perhaps, cries out, that's not true. Look at all

these situations where you weren't so reactive. That that's not true. Look at all these situations where you were so reactive.

That can't be true. But I try to push that aside and know that my real self can be anything I want.

And I say and imagine and believe that I'm a non-reactive person. Now, this works because several times recently I've caught

myself almost about to be frustrated with one of my kids and the thought pops right back up. Oh,

I'm non-reactive. I'm patient. And the more I say this, the more it becomes reality. So the challenge.

What statements do you say or believe about yourself that no longer serve you?

And what can you replace them with?

Write it down and journal about it, spend some time thinking, and make those changes.
