Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. I want to challenge you to do something creative this week.

Every single day. Creativity gets us out of our traditional patterns, our daily patterns, and helps us to feel a sense of novelty and excitement about something again.

You might love painting, gardening, playing music,

sewing, cooking, whatever the case may be. Find something that brings you joy and spend some time

doing it. Also, I want to challenge you to write down your beliefs about creativity. So many of us

believe statements like, I'm not creative or you should be practical,

or I don't have time or money to be creative, whatever the case may be, write down all your beliefs

or the thoughts that come to you about creativity, and then one by one, challenge them.

What if you said, I do have time and money to be

creative. In fact, creativity is more important than my to-do list because it brings me joy. Does

your to-do list bring your joy? If it does, great, but I hope creativity brings you even more.
