0:00.0	Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. I've been reading the book Big Magic by Elizabeth
0:05.6	Gilbert this week, and I'm really excited to share a few thoughts from the book. First, fear is a part of the
0:13.4	journey if you want to be creative. It's just going to be along for the ride. So often when
0:19.7	things get hard or scary, we just throw in the towel. But
0:23.2	she says we just invite Fear along and say, hey, fear, you have no voice here. Another thought is that
0:30.7	inspiration and creative thoughts come to us from a source outside of ourselves. It's a gift.
0:37.4	Now, these thoughts will come over and over
0:39.4	and over again throughout our lives, but so many people choose not to act on these inspired thoughts.
0:45.7	But when we do act, more thoughts will come to us. So really, creativity is your chance to sit with
0:54.1	your fear, keep going throughout the fear,
0:57.5	and to grab onto those inspired ideas so you can get more and more of them.
