We have good intentions to get fit, lose weight and exercise. But so often after a couple of weeks or months, we "fall off the wagon" as they say.
How can we exercise more consistently and truly make it a part of our morning routine?
In this HappyBit I share a couple of tips that have helped me to consistently exercise, even with (or perhaps despite) having 6 kids.
It boils down to feeling good and increasing happiness. And that's one thing no mom should ever give up!

0:00.0 | Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. So our kids are heading back to school this week |
0:06.1 | here in Wisconsin, and it has me thinking about routines. What kinds of things that could we |
0:13.1 | squeeze in each morning before they get on the bus and what kinds of things need to happen |
0:17.1 | after school or in the evenings? And so I figured everything out for our kids, |
0:21.4 | including chores and piano practice, homework time. But then I started to think about what's the |

1:29.9 | it's going to happen, and figure out a time when you can do it consistently. For me as a mom of six |
1:35.3 | kids, exercise has to happen at 5.30 in the morning or it won't happen at all, or not very consistently |
1:41.9 | at least. When I'm up before the kids, I can get that knocked out. |
1:47.3 | I come back feeling great and energized and uplifted and the whole day goes so much better. |
1:54.2 | It's a foundational level one, like I said before. So pick a time that you're going to exercise, |
