| 0:00.0 | Hey there, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. Yesterday in our Vibrance Happy Women Facebook group, |
| 0:06.3 | I asked the question, if you could wear anything and didn't care what anyone else thought, |
| 0:11.2 | what would you wear? We had tons and tons of amazing answers about everything from pajamas |
| 0:17.1 | and gym clothes to nudity to steampunk and Victorian. And some people even said they would |
| 0:25.0 | wear what they're already wearing now. So it was super enlightening to see the range of answers. |
| 0:30.5 | Some of us agreed that we still do care what others think or we would be wearing whatever we wanted. |
| 0:36.3 | Super fun conversation. It got me thinking about |

| 1:13.4 | your thoughts and realize, hey, this thought doesn't feel good, so that's not an authentic thought. |
| 1:18.4 | I'm going to let it go. This belief, however, feels amazing. So that's a part of my authenticity. |
| 1:25.2 | You've got to follow those feelings and your authentic self is actually |
| 1:28.8 | doing the things that feel amazing to you. We all spend too much time shudding all over ourselves, |
| 1:37.8 | looking at the shoulds. I should wear this. I should do this. I should have a pristine house. |
| 1:43.3 | I should stay at home with my kids. I should have a job. |
| 1:46.5 | And it goes on and on and on and on. Well, when those voices are dominant in our heads, it's hard to be |
| 1:52.1 | authentic. That's why we've got to go to meditation to let those shoulds go and tap into that |
| 1:58.5 | inner voice, to that communication with God or higher power or the universe |
