Car maintenance is important, and you need special tools to keep your car functioning at peak performance. The same is true for us humans: maintaining a healthy emotional state is important, and it works best when we find the right tools to accomplish it. That's why I love EFT Tapping, because it's a tool that will help us function at peak emotional state quickly and easily. I talk about how tapping has helped me in this episode.
