Hey there, friends, Jen here, and this is a happy bit. I've been thinking a lot about the importance

of having a crystal clear vision of what we do want in our lives. More often than not, we tend to get

caught up in all the things we don't want, the things that are wrong or that are lacking.

For example, you might be saying, oh, I wish my spouse would help around the house more.

I wish the kids would stop fighting. I wish we had more money. And we can get caught up in this

negative spiral of scarcity. Well, when you create a crystal clear vision of what you do want,

you can start sending your energy to that thing. And as you know, where your energy goes, the energy flows or that which we

focus on increases. If we want more positivity and good things in our lives, we have to have that

crystal clear vision of what we want and to focus on it. There's a really cool activity you can do

to get crystal clear. And that is by starting with the things you don't want, writing down the things you don't want. Then each of those will help you to figure out what you do want. Let me give you some examples. I did this last night to provide an illustration. First of all, I wrote down, I don't want to look tired

or feel sluggish or look fat. I want to be spelt. I love that word. Carry the minimal weight

needed for health, to have glowing skin and hair and to have lots of focus, clarity,

and energy for my loved ones. And I love that the activity helped me to get clear

on what I really do want. I had to know that I didn't want to feel sluggish or look tired.

And then I could create the statement of what I do want. I want to be energetic for my kids.

And I want to look energized and have that glowing skin and hair.

Another one, I don't want to feel like I can't spend as much time with the kids as I want

because I'm at the mercy of maintaining our stuff.

And so that's what I don't want.

Then I turned it around to what I do want.

I do want to be content with as little stuff as possible

in my life and in my schedule. I do want to enjoy quiet, nature-filled chats and hugs
