We wanted to wish you a happy 4th of July.

So there's no new episode of I put forward this week as we are taking the week off.

But we hope it was a fun and safe holidays celebrating with your family and friends.

What are you doing for Fourth of July, Alexia?

I'm going to be in Madrid, Spain.

And the Spaniards don't celebrate Fourth of July, but I will because I was born and raised in this amazing, beautiful

country. I love it. Are you going to wear a little red, white, and blue? Probably. I like it.

They're going to know that I am La Merigana in Madrid. La Mericana and Spain. By the way, I'm also

going to be celebrating pride in Madrid. Oh, no way. Okay. Because it's pride in Madrid. So I'm going to have two celebrations, Fourth of July and Pride. Oh, I love it. I love it. I will be in Tampa on Home Shopping Network again. Well, actually, flying home. I will be on July 3rd and I'll be flying home July 4th. Not very exciting, but...

Oh, it's all I to celebrate about. Yeah, well, maybe, I don't even know what our plans are for the 4th.

It depends on what time I get home, but I'll definitely celebrate July 5th. What do you usually do to celebrate?

Fireworks, Barbecue Beach? You know, I feel like we always do either like

somebody's house you know a party but it's like yes it involves eating and drinking and

fireworks yeah usually at the buildings that we've lived in they always have like a 4th

July party and it's on the beach so you get to see all the fireworks we go go down. They have a DJ, the pool. It's a fun day. I used to go to the Hamptons all the time. I used to love to go there. We went one year. You invited me in 2015. That was so much fun. Seven years straight, but since I got married to Steve, we don't really go, but we'll to like rejigger that situation and go back at least once or twice.

A lot of my friends sold their homes and left.

Are there any Cuban traditions you incorporate with your Fourth of July traditions?

There's no Cuban Fourth of July traditions.
