I'm very well how are you I'm all right thank you we've had some adventures since we saw

each other last like I've been to Cornwall I've seen the sea I mean there are crazy

people swimming it in swimming in it in their swimsuits in April I mean I was in Cornwall it is not warm down there. I mean fair play to them. I've been to a couple of pubs. That's exciting and do you know what else I've been? I have been into the office to collect all of my junk.

So I've got the famous maps to colour in and the colouring pencils.

Oh yeah! They will be back on the Instagram to hear from our listeners around the world and colour in the

maps.

So I'll have to check where we are up to.

So we colored in the whole of America. That got completed. We've got most of the way through

Canada and then it's a debate of whether it's Europe or just the whole world that we go at next or I need to get an

Australian map as well. Let's go big. Go big or go home. And also it was a bit

sad because I went and looked to our little podcast studio and it was all locked up,

the little red and black squares on the walls and it's that floor's going so we'll have

I went in today so I've literally just come back from the office it was like I mean it's

just crazy it's like a ghost town first time I've been there since February the 20th.
