Summary

Dr. Rangan Chatterjee has been practicing medicine for over 20 years and is considered one of the most influential medical doctors in the UK. His goal is to help 100 million people live healthier lives. Dr. Chatterjee is the host of a well-known UK podcast called “Feel Better, Live More” with 52 million downloads, and was the host of the BBC’s “Doctor in the House” helping families make simple lifestyle changes that helped and cured major illnesses. He is the author of Four Sunday Times Bestseller books and his fifth book, “Happy Mind, Happy Life” was published in March, 2022.

It has been about 18-months in the making to get Dr. Chatterjee on the show and our conversation was well worth the wait. It was so refreshing to hear a medical doctor’s perspective on simple lifestyle changes that can improve quality of life, and how happiness truly is the key to health.
