I'm five years older, but I call her my sister to sage because she's so brilliant.

Gretchen, thank you for that title. I don't think a lot of people would disagree with that,

but I will take it. You know, at the beginning of most episodes, we like to update listeners on

how we're doing with our various happiness initiatives.

And today we're going to hear from our producer Henry Milofsky, who you hear us thank at the end

of every episode when he actually has been incorporating some of this into his life.

The first one is stop reading that book, which you guys just did recently.

Oh yeah. And as soon as you said it, I was reading this book. It was a day of Edgar's book called

What Is The What. And it's so sad. And it's a beautiful book. It's really good, but kind of like

Elizabeth with the goldfinch. Even though I love the book, I just could I never wanted to open it.

It's really sad. And so I never did. And all these other books that I wanted to read had to wait.

And so I stopped right away as soon as you guys said that. And now I'm reading a lot more. And I'm
