Yeah so FKT stands for fastest known time and typically it's basically an individual time trial.

So in mountain biking, we don't have world records

like we would in something like track

where it's like, this is the time for the mile. So instead we try and

set records on specific trails, specific terrain, and this is a way that we can go for these individual records or individual time trials on the mountain

So I attempted the fastest known time on the Cocopelli Trail, which is a 137 mile trail.
