Thank you so much for having me, such a pleasure.

So you wrote a book out of the pit, which is about your journey through struggling with some mental health

stuff, which anyone who has listened to the show a couple of times has heard myself and guests

talk about mental health and mental illness.

And so I'm really looking forward to having a really honest conversation about kind of what it

took to climb you out of that pit to get us started.

Tell us a little bit about your story and your book and kind of what got you here.

Sure. So I was raised in a Christian family.

We attended church weekly.

My mom ran the nursery.

My dad played in worship.

And just, you know, I knew Jesus and I knew who he was.
