her motion for release has been denied,

and she is going to be sentenced October 7th on her other charge of carrying a firearm into a liquor establishment which happened during the filming of rust, but before the fatal shooting of Helena Hutchins on October 21st on the set of Rust,

this case is still not done.

Why?

Bowles has filed a notice of appeal.

That appeal has not been filed yet. So now that we're done with the

new trial motion and the new trial motion and dismissal has been denied,

Bulls can choose to either appeal that ruling on the new trial motion,

which I don't think would be well taken,

because the standard for the court is quite high

to review that, or Bulls can choose to go on

with the rest of his appeal, which is your more typical appeal that hey in trial the court

ruled this and they shouldn't and this was allowed in and it shouldn't be so there's a

full appeal motion that's been noticed and will be waiting.

So will this case go up on appeal? Yes.
