in your workplace or in our culture.

Do you ever look at the blatant sin in our world and wonder if we live in the worst time ever?

Actually, there have been some very sinful moments throughout history.

As Ecclesiastes puts it, there's nothing new under the sun.

I mean, just think about these things. Infanticide. During the Roman

era and at other times and places. Homosexuality in Sodom and Gomorrah. The gruesome

revenge traditions among South American tribes. The greed and cruelty practiced by monarchs and

church leaders in the name of religion,

race-based slavery here in the United States, and of course, a whole culture that believes

they have the right to murder unborn babies, babies who are made in the image of God.

In coming days on Revive Our Hearts, we'll learn about a mother who lived through a similar time.
