podcast intros are. Not like I need any help with anxiety.

I do need a lot of help with podcast intros though. Same. I had a guest on like last week that I was like,

I'm just not going to intro you because I'm too anxious so I'll just cut it in later.

But you know, I just the ghost of Ramona singer will always be my PTSD coming up on almost the year anniversary of my birthday.

Oh my God. That happened on my birthday for 17.

And I always thought like I would be terrified to turn 30 like that. That would be my worst birthday.

And now after my 29th birthday, literally the only way my 30th birthday could go worse is if like my 30th birthday

my entire family is taken in like a home invasion.

And I would still probably be like, yeah, not as dramatic because that New York trip with Ramona literally like I think it happened the way it should though because your 30th birthday then is like by default going to be amazing because your last one was like bad.
