| 0:00.0 | Welcome to Your World Within Daily. I'm Eddie Panero, and in this episode, we're going to talk about something I learned in college that stuck with me, and it's the who listened to my YouTube channel might have even heard this. |
| 0:34.6 | But here's a kind of a different, different take, a little bit of a different spin, |
| 0:40.2 | because this idea, in a nutshell, has, you know, really helped the way I look at things, |
| 0:49.1 | particularly when things are dire and stressful situations, when you want to stop. |

| 2:20.5 | workout was as freshmen and it was this level of suffering where eventually you start rationalizing in |
| 2:28.4 | your head right so at some point you get to a level you're like okay i'm going to start pulling less now |
| 2:33.6 | and you start making excuses for why it's okay. And our freshman coach, at one point, he said, |
| 2:41.6 | you know, sometimes success is simply hanging on when others are letting go, when it really hurts, |
