Summary

Chris Simms tells us how he used to watch Yankees games in the owners box with the former boss.  The Bills press conference doesn't make the job look appealing.  Simms isn't ready to count out the Denver Broncos just yet and he thinks the Seattle Seahawks are the best team left in the playoffs.

It is. It gets a sad time of the year. It's like you go from wildcard weekend and divisional weekend, which are so amazing, to championship weekend, which is amazing. But Saturday, you're like, wait, I'm really going to just have a normal Saturday, but no football on. And then Sunday comes. And yeah, it's amazing. We get to see who goes to the Super Bowl and all that, but it does mean there's only one game left. So it's awesome. It's sad. It's all of it. But, yeah, I'm excited to sit on the couch and not have any duties this weekend and just watch the games. That's nice. Taylor's moved on the baseball already. And you're a Yankee fan. Taylor is just excited that Bellinger's back. I mean, how about you? Yeah. I mean, I'm excited for it. I have not moved on to anything yet, right? But I did see that news. So that was good, certainly. But, yeah, we better make some more moves. I know that, like I've been saying.

Yeah. I don't know. The boss, we went from having the boss to the servant, like I've said. And, you know, the Yankees are never servants. So if you got to damn sell this team to a hedge funder that just got stupid money like the L.A. Dodgers do right now and all that, then we got to get that shit done. Taylor said earlier to a Steinbrenner, he told him to act like a Steinbrenner.

I mean, exactly, right, right, exactly. I mean, I used to, I don't know if I've told you this story, right, or these stories, but this is just a little inkling. When I was young, I used to go sit in George Steinbrenner's box and watch the game there, right, when my dad was the quarterback of the Giants, which was an incredible experience, right? The boss would be at his desk, right? And it was like Seinfeld. I mean, it really was. He had a huge couch that was the shape of a glove, a baseball glove. It was really cool, I got to meet lots of famous people through the years being there and doing that. But so, but so that was cool.

But then as I even got a little older, I became friends with Willie Randolph's son, Andre. He
