So the UFO craze started in June of 1947.

Because, so Roswell happened in July of 1947.

In June, a private pilot named Kenneth Arnold saw flying saucers when he was flying

near Mount Rainier in Washington

State. On June 24th of 1947, Arnold took off from Chehalis, Washington, which is just kind of

south of Olympia, just so you kind of have a reference as to where we're talking about. And he was
