This week's episode is taking up what we left off on last week's episode, so this is part

two of dealing with disunity on the sidewalk.

In this next section, what we did was we kind of make a summary statement and then talk

about the verse that supports that statement and maybe you might have some stuff to add

with each of those.

So the first one, participate fully in the same spirit.

Have the same spirit.

The first that I think exemplifies that or one of them is Philippians 2, 1 to 3.

Therefore, if there is any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship

of the spirit, if any affection and mercy, fulfill my joy by being like-minded, having the

same love being of one accord and of one mind, letting nothing be done in selfish ambition

or through selfish ambition or conceit, but in lowliness of mind, let each esteem others

better than himself.

One of the points with this passage and with the passage that we read in Ephesians is

humility.

Not thinking ourselves to be more important because after all, we've got it all figured

out theologically.

That's a point of pride.
