Hi honey's what an exciting show we have for y'all today we recorded this

episode on location in Costa de Chooch aka my apartment because we were doing

face masks and we wanted to be a little cozy so just wanted to let you know if

you hear anything crazy in the background like little dognails clicking across

a faux wood floor forgive us okay that's Chooch and she doesn't understand how

recording works also our guest Lauren Adams has a podcast that she forgot to

wanted to plug real quick I went to this amazing workout class and I wanted to

shout them out really quick it's called dance dance party party and it is there's

only three rules no boys no lights no judgment so basically this class is perfect

for women that want to move their body but don't want anyone to look at them

maybe you don't have room in your apartment and you really want to be active but

you know it's it listen I'm intimidated I'm embarrassed I hate looking myself in

mirrors at the gym and in classes because I have a very long scroney body and if

I dance I get all you know intimidated but this class is amazing because they

turn out the lights they turn out the lights completely they just put on these

cute little like mood lights and they play music and you can do whatever you

want for an hour and I know it sounds crazy but I was just in the class and it

was so freeing okay I was dancing on my own I had a blast so this class is it
