So, good evening and welcome to the second of our Pompey Politics podcast's virtual

hustings. This one is the Hampshire and Isler White Police and Crime Commissioner

hustings. We have three of the four candidates here with us this evening and we'll invite

them to just introduce themselves in a second.

So welcome and thank you very much for joining us.

I will go right ahead and just explain how things are going to work.

The questions have been submitted in advance via the event on our Facebook, by our email, and if there is time, we'll accept comments from the live stream section on Facebook.

All of the questions chosen will be ones and have been ones which can be answered by all of the candidates and are applicable to the Hampshire and Isla White policing and to the Police and Crime Commissioner Office.

as determined by our highly technical randomiser. All of the candidates will have the option

to give a three-minute opening and a three-minute

closing speech. Candidates that have responded to us but are unable to attend the hustings were given

an option to pre-record or submit written speeches. As the hustings are being held via Zoom,

if we need to prevent interruptions, we may mute any candidate that is disrupting

the flow from the candidate that is actually currently speaking. Otherwise, we're going to leave
