0:47.3	It was just last Friday that we were talking about Joe Biden flip-flopping on DC Home Rule,
0:53.2	as it pertained to the soft on crime legislation that the DC City Council spit out recently
0:58.4	with softer penalties for car jacking and other things.
1:02.1	And so with Senate Democrats, at least the moderate ones, blocking at that,
1:05.6	Biden decides to give them some cover, says he'll sign the legislation that already passed the House.
1:10.1	The problem was 173 House Democrats assumed he was going to veto it,
1:14.5	or at least strongly opposed it, and so they feel hung out to dry.
1:19.6	And so not only did we say Biden made the right decision, but it makes easy attack ads against
1:25.0	Democrats. In fact, just last Friday, here was our prediction about the type of ads that could
1:29.8	be created. Congressman Smith is going easy on car jacking and just writes itself.
